You are a crucial bridge between our sales, service, and guest experience teams. Your efficiency, attention to detail, and pride in presentation ensure that our facility and vehicles always meet uncompromising Genesis standards.
As our Delivery Coordinator, you’ll manage vehicle movement, maintain showroom and lot organization, and assist with preparing vehicles for our valued guests. You’ll blend your strong organizational skills with a passion for automotive excellence, ensuring our operations run smoothly behind the scenes.
Your days will be filled with:
Vehicle Delivery & Handover Support:
Assist with the preparation and staging of new vehicle deliveries, ensuring cars are pristine, fueled, and ready for the ultimate guest reveal.
Coordinate vehicle presentation in the showroom, ensuring display cars are immaculate and properly positioned.
Support the sales and delivery team by moving vehicles safely between the compound, service bays, and showroom floor.
Fleet & Lot Management:
Manage the organization of the dealership lot, inventory storage, and customer parking areas.
Maintain, clean, and organize the test-drive and service loaner vehicle fleets, ensuring safety inspections and cleanliness standards are met daily.
Coordinate vehicle transport, detailing requests, and accessory fittings as required.
Service & Showroom Support:
Assist the service department with vehicle staging, customer vehicle parking, and shuttle logistics when necessary.
Keep service drive-thrus, delivery bays, and guest areas clear, safe, and professional in appearance.
Quickly and safely respond to internal requests for vehicle movement from management, sales consultants, and service advisors.
Safety & Quality Control:
Perform routine checks on inventory vehicles for damages, cleanliness, and mechanical readiness.
Adhere strictly to all dealership safety policies, municipal driving laws, and lot safety protocols.
Identify operational bottlenecks on the lot and proactively resolve them to keep daily workflow smooth.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid full G driver’s license with a clean driving abstract (must be insurable).
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles safely.
Strong organizational skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work in an active, fast-paced environment (in-person, indoor/outdoor).
Professional, courteous demeanor with a strong team-first attitude.
Reliability, punctuality, and a meticulous eye for detail.
You have prior experience as a porter, valet, or lot attendant in a luxury or high-volume automotive dealership.
You are familiar with automotive detailing standards or logistics coordination.
