Your Role

As the Service Manager, you will lead our Service team to success, coaching on effective strategies to achieve and exceed sales and CSI targets. Your strategic insight and strong leadership skills will be essential in mentoring the team, optimizing processes, coordinating with the sales and parts departments and ensuring the achievement of overall dealership goals.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Service Manager in a franchise dealership with a proven track record of increasing year over year profits while maintaining leading CSI scores
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, motivational, interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers
  • Ability to develop and implement effective service & sales strategies
  • Deep understanding of automotive services and operational management
  • Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with no demerit points
