Here's what you'll be doing

As a Car Wash Attendant, you will help ensure that every vehicle leaving our lot looks as luxurious as it drives. Your day-to-day will include:

• Washing, drying, and detailing vehicles inside and out—ensuring they meet Lexus-level standards of excellence.
• Vacuuming and wiping down interiors, including dashboards, consoles, and windows.
• Inspecting vehicles for cleanliness and damage before and after cleaning.
• Safely driving and parking vehicles on the dealership lot and in the service area.
• Maintaining a clean and organized car wash bay, including cleaning tools and equipment.
• Assisting service and delivery teams by prepping vehicles for service return, customer delivery, or showroom display.
• Adhering to dealership safety procedures and using cleaning products responsibly and effectively.

You need these qualifications

• A valid Ontario G-class driver’s licence with a clean abstract.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings as needed.

It would be nice if

• You have previous experience in automotive detailing.
• You are meticulous and motivated.
• You have the ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

These responsibilities are subject to change due to market and business conditions. As a Car Wash Attendant at Lexus Downtown, you are expected to adapt to new roles if changes occur.
