Your Role

Your dedication to providing top-notch service and your eagerness to learn will be key in maintaining our high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our service department. As an Apprentice Technician, you will diagnose vehicles, perform maintenance and inspections, all while gaining valuable knowledge & experience from our experienced mentors. You’ll ensure all work is completed correctly, aligning with DAG’s standard of excellence and embodying a “fix it right the first time” attitude. Working within our close-knit group, you'll have the opportunity to interact with colleagues from across all of our dealerships, enriching your experience with insights from various brands.

Key Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers
• You can manage your time well, prioritizing responsibilities while paying strong attention to detail
• Proven track record for setting and achieving performance goals
• Strong knowledge of vehicle service requirements
• Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with no demerit points.
