Here's what you'll be doing

  • Warm Welcome: Greet Guests with a warm, professional demeanor as they arrive at our facility, ensuring they feel valued and welcomed.
  • Valet Services: Safely and efficiently park, retrieve, and manage vehicles with a high standard of care and attention to detail, treating each vehicle as if it were your own.
  • Concierge Assistance: Provide a range of concierge services, including arranging transportation, answering questions about vehicle features, and offering directions and recommendations to enhance the Guest experience.
  • Luxury Experience: Make every interaction memorable by anticipating client needs, personalizing your service approach, and creating a relaxing, high-quality experience from start to finish.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of each vehicle for any pre-existing damage, communicating findings to guests and team members to ensure transparency and avoid misunderstandings.
  • Logistics Support: Organize the flow of vehicles in the facility, ensuring efficiency and maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas where Guests and their vehicles are present.
  • Customer Communication: Provide timely updates on the status of vehicles and services, effectively communicating any delays or necessary information.
  • Maintenance and Care: Perform light cleaning or maintenance on vehicles as needed to ensure they’re always presented in the best condition, creating a “wow” factor for clients.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines, protecting the safety of clients, their vehicles, and colleagues while on the job.

You need these qualifications

  • Experience: We’re looking for individuals with a strong customer service ethic.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. 
  • Licensing: A valid Ontario G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical Ability: Able to work on your feet, and quickly move and park cars, including manual transmission vehicles.
  • Attitude: Friendly, enthusiastic, and proactive. You enjoy meeting new people, are a team player, and have a knack for anticipating client needs.

If would be nice if you

  • Have prior experience in a similar role (e.g., valet, concierge, automotive, or hospitality).
  • Have familiarity with high-end automotive brands and luxury vehicles.
