Here's what you'll be doing

You'll be key to our service operations, ensuring every guest interaction is smooth and every vehicle receives timely care. Your role will be crucial in maintaining efficient operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating service experiences through careful appointment scheduling and confirmation
  • Conducting thorough follow-ups with guests post-service to ensure their complete satisfaction
  • Managing our customer database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Proactively reaching out to guests for scheduled maintenance, campaigns, and service recommendations
  • Collaborating with the service team to optimize schedules and maximize department efficiency

You need these qualifications

  • You have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, preferably in an automotive or high-end retail environment
  • Your organizational skills are excellent, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • You're a strong communicator, equally adept at conveying warmth over the phone and clarity in written correspondence
  • You're comfortable with technology and can efficiently navigate customer management systems

It would be nice if

  • You have experience in the automotive industry or a passion for cars
  • You've worked with customer satisfaction surveys and know how to turn feedback into actionable improvements
  • You're bilingual or multilingual, reflecting the diversity of our guest community
  • You have experience in conflict resolution or de-escalating challenging situations
