Your Role

As a Receptionist, you are the welcoming face of our dealerships, playing a key role in establishing an outstanding experience for each guest from the moment they walk through the door. You will manage incoming calls, assist visitors, handle general inquiries and assist with general administrative duties with professionalism and warmth. Your role is pivotal in maintaining an organized and friendly environment, ensuring smooth operations within our dealerships.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a receptionist/front desk role or other customer service role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with poise
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and familiarity with office equipment and software
  • Understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers
  • You can manage your time well, prioritizing responsibilities while paying strong attention to detail
  • Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with no demerit points
